Motion Lights
If you live in a house then you know what it is like thinking someone is creeping around outside. I have actually caught people hiding in my backyard in the middle of the night and trying to peek in windows. The first thing I did after that was to get motion sensor lights so I would know instantly if someone is hanging around outside.
