Looking For A Good Microphone For My PC Projects
I would like to get a professional microphone for the different voice projects that I have been doing on my computer. I know that there are some really nice microphones available and to have one that would cancel all the noise in the background would be great. You never really notice how much noise you have around your house until you have a microphone running. I would like one with a nice stand so that it can be right next to me while doing my work on the computer.
Auto + Home = RV Insurance
I was looking up quotes for rv insurance for my parents this week, and I was surprised at the reasonableness of the rates that I was given. I figured since my automobile insurance and my home insurance are both quite high, when you combine the two into one it would be really high, but that was not the case at all. I would like to help them to find the best insurance so that they can finally get going on their dream trip across the country.
Blue Monday
I thought that it was an interesting thing that I read earlier about the Monday of the last week of January is actually known as blue Monday because so many people are depressed on that day. I guess it has to do with the fact that it is usually cold that day, the days are short, and people are feeling the pinch on their wallets from the previous month's holidays. I am the kind of person that starts to get depressed during winter too, but luckily for me we have had a mild winter so far.
The Christmas Tree
I put up my little Christmas tree this year because I don't think anyone is coming over so I just wanted to simply decorate the house this year to get myself in the mood for the season. I could not even fit half of my decorations on this 4 foot tree. The tree was pre-lit when I bought it, but has since stopped working. I plugged in the bottom half and it wouldn't work and then I plugged in the top separately and that would not work either. I ended up borrowing lights from a friend so that i could actually get the thing decorated.
