Acne
I personally have decent skin but I have seen a lot of folks who have horrible skin and really need acne treatment. Some people really have issues and need a lot of effort to keep their skin in decent condition. I guess I got a bit lucky with my skin since I rarely have breakouts but I feel bad for people who always have issues.
